Summer has officially arrived at jwc HQ – which basically means I have gone the whole week without switching the heating on.
Ironic really as I’ve spent my time thinking about autumn and winter.
It all started off with Christmas press lists before a quick flirt into Manchester city centre to check out the gorgeous autumn/winter collections from some fab interiors firm at the Manchester Furniture Show.
Throw in a lovely charity story, some social media management and a pitch to a potential new client over in Preston and it’s fair to say it’s been a really diverse week.
Helping to create a load of social media content recently and I must say that Social Jukebox, is an absolutely belting management tool. Love it.
This week has been non-stop, but somehow I managed to squeeze in a new networking group in Manchester, meeting with an inspiring charity we’re helping to mark their 25th anniversary, and saw a client appear on This Morning talking about Peternity, or pawternity… or whatever you want to call it.
Greg Buchanan of Bitsol systems gives staff time off to help settle a new puppy, it all started with a piece we did for the Mirror, before being picked up globally – he was interviewed by USA Today amongst other outlets and it’s one of those stories that just keeps coming back.
