Forest Garden Offers Space-Saving Storage for Smaller Gardens This Winter

Not every garden has room for a full-sized shed, but that doesn’t mean outdoor clutter has to take over this winter.

Forest Garden, the UK’s largest manufacturer and distributor of wooden garden products, is helping homeowners reclaim their outdoor space with a range of compact storage solutions designed for smaller gardens, patios and courtyards.

Offering a practical home for everything from garden tools and wellies to scooters, outdoor toys and everyday garden essentials, these smaller stores provide the extra storage households need without the footprint – or commitment – of a traditional shed.

And as gardens are used less during the colder months, they can be particularly useful for keeping summer essentials safely stored away and outdoor spaces looking tidy throughout autumn and winter.

Jenny Davis, Head of Marketing for Forest Garden, said: “You don’t necessarily need a full-sized shed to make a big difference to how tidy and organised a garden feels. A compact garden store can provide a dedicated home for all those everyday items that otherwise tend to end up scattered around the garden, hallway or utility room.

“Good garden storage isn’t necessarily about having the biggest structure you can fit into the space. It’s about looking at what regularly gets left outside or brought into the house and choosing storage that gives those items somewhere practical to live.

“For smaller gardens in particular, a compact store can make much better use of the available space. You can keep frequently used items close at hand without allowing storage to dominate the garden, which is important when every square metre counts.”

Forest Garden’s collection of garden stores includes both pent and apex options, as well as tall versions when more vertical storage space is required. Each one has been pressure treated and all come with a 15-year anti-rot guarantee.

Jenny added: “The key is to think about how you use your garden rather than automatically assuming you need a traditional shed. For many households, a smaller, well-planned storage solution will give them all the space they actually need.”

Forest Garden’s collection of compact garden storage is available now, with prices starting at £216.49.
