The word of our successes are spreading and new clients are coming on board so we need a trainee PR account exec.

Initially it will be for two days a week working from our office in the Greenhouse, at MediaCityUK, Manchester.

You will be responsible for working on consumer accounts and carrying out media relations – building relationships with journalists and editors at national lifestyle publications such as Elle Deco and Living Etc. 

You will also work on Social Media accounts so a working knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook is a must.

You must have strong copywriting skills, be familiar with Word and Excel. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, enthusiastic and thinks creatively. You must be personable, organised and have a great telephone manner.

But most importantly, you must share the jwc values – to help people and businesses who really deserve it.

In return you will receive on the job training, be actively involved in developing campaigns and strategies and get a handle on the realities of dealing with the media. 

This may suit someone going into the final year of a PR/Marketing degree or a recent graduate.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get in at the ground level with an agency which has plans to grow and grow.
