Stewardson Developments are an ethical property developer in the West Midlands and have spent £millions regenerating run-down high streets and communities where they grew-up.

They were running a scheme offering free solar panels to their residential tenants and brought in jwc to give them a massive profile boost in a bid to secure over £2million investment from Lloyds TSB.

Strategy And Tactics

We took a dossier on all the great things Stewardsons were doing to their local MP James Morris, who was so impressed he went on to mention the company in Parliament as being an “outstanding example of local innovation.”

This gave us a great news story for regional and trade media. We used these cuttings and the quotes from Parliament as evidence for a number of high profile industry awards – all of Which Stewardsons then won.
